IIT-Madras Announces Inaugural Recipients of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Academic Scholarships

IIT-Madras has announced the inaugural recipients of the Sant Rajinder Singh Ji academic scholarships in Engineering.

In 2019, the institution launched the Sant Rajinder Singh Ji chair in Department of Humanities and Social Sciences to advance the study of traditional Indian knowledge and philosophy. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, spiritual head of Science of Spirituality, graduated from IIT-Madras in 1967 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
