Le nostre menti sono attive e irrequiete e non amano stare ferme per concentrarsi sulle meraviglie interiori. Abbiamo dentro di noi un varco che ci conduce alla pace, alla gioia e alla felicit\u00e0. Tuttavia, per accedere a questi tesori abbiamo bisogno di stare seduti in silenzio e rimanere concentrati all&#8217;interno di noi stessi per poterli sperimentare.<\/p>\n<p> Qui ci sono tre consigli per aiutarci a meditare:<\/p>\n<h2>1) Impostare le Priorit\u00e0.<\/h2>\n<p> Quando vogliamo studiare per un esame, noi usiamo programmare il nostro tempo e concentrarci solo su questo. Allo stesso modo, quando abbiamo programmato un periodo di tempo per la meditazione, ci dovremmo concentrare solo su quello per quel periodo. Avremo poi tutto il resto della giornata per le altre attivit\u00e0. Questo ci aiuta a preservare il nostro tempo di meditazione unicamente a quel fine.<\/p>\n<h2>2) Avere un Posto Speciale per la Meditazione.<\/h2>\n<p> Se prendiamo l&#8217;abitudine di concentrarci sulla meditazione in un determinato posto, potremo mettere pi\u00f9 facilmente da parte anche tutte le distrazioni mentali quando ci troveremo in altri luoghi della nostra casa. Poi quando torneremo a sederci a meditare in quel luogo, ci verr\u00e0 naturale la concentrazione in meditazione.<\/p>\n<h2>3) Impegnarsi a Raggiungere i Propri Obiettivi Attraverso la Meditazione.<\/h2>\n<p> Quando abbiamo un obiettivo che vogliamo veramente raggiungere, nulla pu\u00f2 impedirci di realizzarlo. Se vogliamo vincere nello sport, raggiungere i nostri obiettivi finanziari, perdere peso, o migliorare le nostre relazioni, passiamo il tempo lavorando per arrivare al successo. Impieghiamo tempo e sforzi a questo fine. Avviene ugualmente con la meditazione. La gente medita per motivi diversi, sia per la salute fisica, mentale o emozionale e il proprio benessere, per la crescita spirituale, o altri motivi. Quando ci impegniamo verso quest\u2019obiettivo, allora siamo pi\u00f9 motivati a usare il tempo per raggiungerlo. Questa determinazione ci aiuter\u00e0 a concentrarci meglio quando meditiamo, senza essere distratti dai pensieri della nostra mente.\n<\/p>\n<p> Coloro che praticano la meditazione sulla Luce e il  Suono interiori, come insegnato da \u201cScienza della Spiritualit\u00e0\u201d imparano le tecniche per impedire alla propria mente di farsi distrarre dai pensieri.
