En passant du temps en m\u00e9ditation, nous acc\u00e9derons \u00e0 un havre de paix qui nous permettra de retrouver un fonctionnement mental paisible et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Les chercheurs ont enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale du cerveau. Les personnes qui m\u00e9ditent ont une activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale qui se situe entre 4 et 10 Hz; ce qui correspond \u00e0 un profond \u00e9tat de relaxation. Leur mental devenant plus calme, leur corps le devient \u00e9galement.
