Chaque fois que nous en r\u00e9solvons un, un autre appara\u00eet brusquement. La pression de la vie est telle que nous en sommes physiquement et mentalement affect\u00e9s. Il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant que de nombreuses personnes endurent un \u00e9norme stress et une \u00e9norme pression. Est-il possible de mener une vie qui soit lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de tout stress?<\/p>\n<p>Il se peut que vous soyez en proie \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et que vous essayiez de joindre les deux bouts. Un beau jour, vous obtenez une augmentation; malheureusement, peu de temps apr\u00e8s, votre voiture tombe en panne et l\u2019augmentation que vous venez d\u2019obtenir doit servir \u00e0 payer les frais de r\u00e9paration de la voiture ou \u00e0 en acheter une autre. Une fois ce probl\u00e8me r\u00e9gl\u00e9, il se peut qu\u2019un membre de votre famille tombe malade. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il se peut que vous connaissiez un probl\u00e8me relationnel avec l\u2019un de vos coll\u00e8gues de travail. Lorsque ce probl\u00e8me est en voie d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9solu, votre toit commence \u00e0 laisser entrer la pluie et il vous faut le r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>Vous commencez alors \u00e0 vous demander, si vous serez, \u00e0 un moment ou un autre de votre vie, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de tout probl\u00e8me. Nous pourrions croire que nous sommes les seuls \u00e0 \u00eatre frapp\u00e9s de malchance ou de malheur. Mais, si nous posions la question autour de nous, nous constaterions que, dans la vie, chacun conna\u00eet son lot de probl\u00e8mes. Il semble qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas de fin aux probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font-thin-4 margin-bottom-3\">Le stress mental et \u00e9motionnel g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la vie moderne<\/h2>\n<p>Nous constatons que les gens souffrent d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de peur, de d\u00e9pression et de phobies. Les cabinets des psychiatres, des psychologues et des th\u00e9rapeutes sont remplis de gens ordinaires qui ne parviennent pas \u00e0 faire face aux difficult\u00e9s de la vie. Ils sont incapables de g\u00e9rer leurs probl\u00e8mes. Ils vivent dans la peur d\u2019une catastrophe \u00e9conomique. Ils essayent de g\u00e9rer les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un mariage bris\u00e9 ou d\u2019une famille d\u00e9sunie. D\u2019autres sont en proie \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, du fait de l\u2019\u00e9tat de solitude dans lequel ils se retrouveraient s\u2019ils \u00e9taient amen\u00e9s \u00e0 perdre un \u00eatre cher. Certains sont d\u00e9\u00e7us par la vie et n\u2019y trouvent plus d\u2019espoir.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font-thin-4 margin-bottom-3\">Le stress physique<\/h2>\n<p>Le stress et la tension ne nous affectent pas que d\u2019un point de vue mental et \u00e9motionnel. Des recherches ont prouv\u00e9 qu\u2019il existe un lien entre le mental et le corps. Notre \u00e9tat mental peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de maladies qu\u2019il est possible de relier au stress. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que, lorsque nous sommes en col\u00e8re ou \u00e9motionnellement contrari\u00e9s, des hormones sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9es dans notre corps afin d\u2019en assurer la d\u00e9fense. Puisque, selon la norme de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il nous faut g\u00e9rer les probl\u00e8mes de mani\u00e8re calme et rationnelle, nous avons tendance \u00e0 ne pas recourir \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense et \u00e0 faire face en refoulant nos sentiments au-dedans de nous.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, ces hormones agissent sur notre corps physique et d\u00e9clenchent des maladies reli\u00e9es au stress; il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019hypertension, de pathologies cardiaques, de probl\u00e8mes respiratoires ou digestifs, de maux de t\u00eate, de douleurs musculaires, d\u2019\u00e9ruptions cutan\u00e9es ou d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes. La solution ne consiste pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00e0 laisser sortir notre col\u00e8re en nous d\u00e9fendant, en nous battant ou en fuyant. En effet, de telles r\u00e9actions peuvent accro\u00eetre nos probl\u00e8mes relationnels. Les bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation sur notre bien-\u00eatre physique et mental sont nombreux. Elle est s\u00fbre, efficace et gratuite. D\u00e8s lors que nous apprendrons \u00e0 m\u00e9diter, nous serons int\u00e9rieurement porteurs d\u2019une solution pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi que nous pourrons utiliser \u00e0 tout moment.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus qui est \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans la m\u00e9ditation nous aide \u00e0 deux niveaux. Tout d\u2019abord, il nous aide \u00e0 nous relaxer. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il nous place dans un \u00e9tat qui nous permet de r\u00e9aliser une exp\u00e9rience agr\u00e9able et merveilleuse qui nous rend oublieux des probl\u00e8mes du monde ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation, nous pourrons apprendre l\u2019art de la vie.
