Notre tentative est de garder notre corps physique au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, comment pouvons-nous aussi rester calmes mentalement, intellectuellement ou \u00e9motionnellement ? \u00catre cool nous aide \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise sur le plan physique, mais nous pouvons \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise au niveau de notre esprit et de nos \u00e9motions. Voici quelques conseils pour nous aider \u00e0 rester au frais cet \u00e9t\u00e9 en utilisant la climatisation pour nos \u00e9tats mental et \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n<p>1 Lorsque nous sentons que le stress fait monter notre tension mentale ou \u00e9motionnelle, nous pouvons passer un peu de temps en m\u00e9ditation. La m\u00e9ditation est un climatiseur naturel qui nous permet de rester calmes, calmes et collect\u00e9s. S&rsquo;asseoir en silence nous aide \u00e0 ralentir notre respiration et nos ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales. Nous pouvons penser \u00e0 un mot apaisant ou inverser un endroit paisible \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, mettant un terme aux pens\u00e9es bouleversantes. Nous pouvons le faire lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un nous coupe la route en conduisant, en effectuant une t\u00e2che manuelle, ou nous pouvons le faire quand quelqu&rsquo;un nous dit des mots durs. Nous pouvons maintenir notre \u00e9quilibre en allant en nous m\u00eame au milieu de circonstances difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>3 Nous pouvons aussi apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les conflits. Nous pouvons apprendre \u00e0 inculquer des qualit\u00e9s positives telles que la gentillesse, la patience, la compassion, le respect de tous et le service des autres. Nous pouvons \u00e9galement regarder les situations du point de vue d\u2019un autre, pour nous rendre compte que, sous son angle, ce qu\u2019ils pensent, disent ou font peut avoir un sens.
